A new approach to understanding
your health

The at-home blood collection device works by applying the device to the skin with a light adhesive. When the button is pressed, a vacuum forms and a small lancet pricks the surface of the skin. The vacuum draws blood out into the collection tube attached to the bottom of the device. Collecting less than one teaspoon of blood (about 6mL).

I am very excited
I was so concerned on how the blood collection was going to be, because in the past I have tried the blood collection from fingers and that has been a disaster. Turns out that with SheMed the blood collection is through another device in your arm. That works amazingly, at the beginning I thought it wasn't working because I couldn't feel a thing and while I was re reading instructions, which said give it a minute 🙈, I took a look at my arm and there it was the tube already filled. That device is genius!!

SheMed has been great
SheMed has been great. The blood test was surprisingly pain free (I was so scared to press the red button, but really didn't need to be). The results came through quickly and it didn't take long to get my prescription. Again, I was scared to self-administer the injection, but it was nothing to worry about. 1 week in, no side effects & I've lost 4 pounds.

Excellent start.
Easy set up, blood test quiet easy to do, results issued in a timely fashion, kit arrived within days of acceptance.
